I’ve used it plenty of times. Usually to Belgium or the Netherlands. It’s fine. It’s a train.
It’s nice, St Pancras to Gare de Nord, I’ve fallen asleep every time and never seen the inside of the Chunnel. Good to clear immigration in London so you can just fuck off wherever you want when you get off.

And it gets you closer to the centre of Paris than either of the two airports will, if that’s what you need, Darran.

I prefer it to flying. The only trouble is the Swansea to Paddington leg. 8 times out of 10 that has delays or bus replacement or you have to stand outside the bogs until
Bristol as the coaches are all rammed. First Class upgrade for the UK leg is worth it if you’re travelling at peak times, imo.

I've been on it, it's what ECB says, it's a train, but you can get out of your vehicle and walk about on it if you're a claustrophobic tw*t.. but watching my uncle thinking he's going to die for an hour made it all the more fun

Ahh, good point, Skip. I had assumed he wasn’t taking the car; I consider Eurostar to be London to Paris. Taking the car, Darran?
