Share some of your favourite 3rd Round memories here - some things will always stick in the memory and this is one for me

2 of my favourite games ,

Swans nil nil with Liverpool .
Lee Bracey in goal what a performance by our young keeper .
Liverpool with their best side couldn't score .
Went to watch the replay lost 8 nil (or 8 - 1 )

Swans 3 West Brom 2
Brilliant game Sean Mccarthy & Andy Melville scored .
Can remember Keri Andrews going on a couple of maisey runs .

West Ham away and home were top notch.

I remember the weather for the rematch was horrific.
I remember the early morning queue for the replay tickets and being caught in a hail storm, me and the misses frozen whilst my son was tucked up in bed!!!

Being an old fart , I can go back to Doncaster away , 68 , it was in those days a weekend bus journey, and of course the infamous Leeds away in 70.

One of the lads was good mates with Jonathan Coates and he sorted our tickets, thankfully.

I remember calling in sick that day and just watching the news waiting for them to announce the game had been called off.

Tom Butler's greatest hour...

"A fantastic game, a fantastic performance in front of some fantastic fans. Its days like this that make you realise why you are a football fan."

Says it all (y)
