Not sure if you’ve seen it, but Kneecap on Amazon Prime might be up your street.

Don't talk about knees got major issues with both of mine right knee is worse though, can hardly walk any distance without quite excruciating pain.
Had gifts to pick up at next Next at Morfa on Thursday so popped there on way home parked at Morrisons walked over, walking back I had to stop my knees were singing, having to go down the stairs at Next didn't help though.
If anyone else suffers and take a remedy that helps/works, please post it, :)

One of the boys in work just had a knee replacement, he’s only 54. Get in and get them sorted.

I'm 64 next month, been told that there's a 7+wait to have them done unless you can't walk.
You haven’t got private health care through your employer then? I’d urge anyone who has the option of even discounted private health care to get it.

Not with this lot no, they just contractors to the larger companies, spent three days last week sitting down with a computer in front of me doing a training course dear me I was glad to be back on the tools Thursday and Friday plus those three days didn't help my joints had a hot water bottle on the bottom left hand side of my back Wednesday the discomfort was like toothache.

My right knee has been literally crumbling since a car accident when I was 17. It’s got pins holding it together and creaks and scrapes audibly enough for people to hear it. My left is only marginally better after a dislocation in my 20s. I’m 53 now. So I know a bit about knee pain and my best advice is that you get used to it, and keep active. Sometimes I’m like a 90 year old walking down the stairs for the first time in the morning. :ROFLMAO:

I'll ask the question, but we don't even get sick pay just the statutory sick pay, the wages are a fair bit higher than the engineers working for the companies we contract to, but don't get the benefits they get.

A lady clearly in her 70's left me in her wake in Next walking down the stairs on Thursday, proper cheered me up that did :D
I've had a couple ops on my right knee and one on my left knee, my work involves kneeling and up and down ladders etc, not so bad when I'm on other work
