The milk for a start has to be ice cold, love crunchy nut, not a fan of weetabix, too dry even with milk, Cornflakes are good, but for me SpecialK has to be the go to cereal.
Can't get enough of it

I’m good with teeth, approaching middle age and don’t yet have any fillings. But yes, they wouldn’t win the healthy cereal award.

It's an acquired choice in fairness, it sometimes gives me constipation, nothing that a dose of fig oil can't cure
