Apologies if this isn’t allowed, but thought it’s worth a post on here. I know most of you are well past your playing days, but if you have children/grandchildren of senior league age who are looking for a club, or if you would be interested in getting involved in some capacity yourself, whether that be a committee position, sponsorship etc then please get in touch.

Hi All

After a tough but enjoyable first season, Fforestfach F.C are pleased to announce that it intends on fielding two teams next season.

We are delighted to announce that a new first team manager has been appointed, who comes to us with vast experience in local leagues, and is extremely keen to help push our club forward.

The interest in next season is very good already, and we look forward to more people wanting to join an ambitious and ever growing football club.

Our AGM will be held on Wednesday 22nd May at The Malsters in Cwmbwrla with a 7pm start.

Players will be introduced to the new first team manager, where he and myself will lay out the plans for the new season and beyond.

Pre season training date will be announced on the night.

We are also looking to add more faces to our committee. The roles available are club treasurer, and we are looking to add 2 player reps as well. If you would like to express your interest, please contact us directly by the 15th of May. Decisions will be made on the night by way of a vote.

We also hope that we will be able to start registering players on the night.

Old, Current and New players welcome.

Cheers

Fforestfach FC.

All the best for next season mate, the first season is always the hardest, onwards and upwards 👍
Was very tough at times mate, we got through it though. Things are starting to look up both on and off the pitch, so hopefully we’ll see a bit more success in the near future that all the boys deserve.

Good luck, it’s good to see people giving youngsters the chance to play sport, enjoy themselves and make friends. All the best.
