Agree for the most part, however Downes only signed in the summer?

Cabango feels like a calamity waiting to happen in every game at the moment. When he is part of a defence that is focused on shape then he is solid, but given individual responsibility his decision making and/or ability to execute those decisions are so often lacking. It doesn't feel like its been a Swans game without a hospital pass from Ben at some point or another.

Completely agree about the midfield three, while Grimes can look dangerous when we are moving at tempo and he breaks past the midfield it happens so rarely unless we are chasing the game or clearly on top as he otherwise constantly turns back to recycle or slows down the ball unnecessarily. Smith's constant inclusion as an attacking midfielder never ceases to baffle me.

5 more yellow cards last night. We are giving away needless lazy fouls in safe parts of the pitch, a slight block a pull back etc but not needed. None can classed as dangerous but can influence a reds decision later in the game. It seems to be getting more and more into our game.

Down to our slow tempo?
