The own label 'Ffynnon Yr Ystog' fizzy water I buy in Tesco has been unavailable for about 2 months now.

On checking the restocking ticket today, I found that they won't be getting any until sodding November!

All the CO² is in the wrong place bois.

Shocking news Brynnie, Beer it is then :D

You need to get jizzy with the fizzy with a SodaStream! I’m not sure I’ve got their strapline quite right - best not take any water I offer you

Sainsbury's here "dahn sarf" has also had supply problems. I tend to buy the 6 pack 500ml Scottish Sparkling for the boring "no beer nights" here in lego towers

We're drinking gallons of it here, or should I say litres, because the weather has been unvarying for weeks now. Every day has been cloudless with temps between 33-38°C in the day and only dropping 10 degrees at night.
I buy 6 packs of either Lidl or Mercadonna fizzy, 6 x 1.5 litres costs around 1.85€.
I'm beginning to think the weather isn't going to break until October......

Yes there's a supply issue for some reason.
Can't get Princes Gate or Radnor .
Drinking Buxton or Highland Spring now from Morrisons.

I trust you have had no problems with the Spanish authorities no longer accepting the UK driving licence out there Pegs? I hear a Spanish licence is quite expensive...

Why would anyone drink fizzy water ? The work of the devil.

No mate, me and my good lady had the sense to swop them over when we first got here in 2018, when the full horror of Brexshit hadn't kicked in. The process was relatively simple then.
The two governments are now supposedly trying to negotiate a new agreement, which if it happens will come as a big relief to a couple of hundred thousand Brit residents who didn't swap when they could have. As it stands, they will have to take the Spanish driving test. In Spanish!

Spanish license not expensive, had mine for years.
35 ish here and very humid

Never been able to drink it. Maybe if you put a bit of lime cordial in it, Tesco's own isn't bad.

I believe that the carbon dioxide used to give the drink its fizz is only made by one plant in the UK. It is produced in bulk over a single period in a year and this plant is American owned so you'll be shocked to hear they previously asked the UK govt for a subsidy to produce more..An arch capitalist American company wanting socialism!

What I find quite perplexing however is that there is absolutely no shortages of Coke, Pepsi, own brand lemonades and drinks, all of which use CO². God forbid the UK runs out of its fizzy pops!

Why has fizzy water supplies been exclusively hit?
