Running through walls.

Outstanding

Said on here after the second league game, I'll be shocked if he isn't the player of the season.

Rolls Royce of player.

He was excellent today, in fairness most of the new summer signings were superb today.

well done our recruitment - him and piroe superb

Hadn’t seen him live before today, he was immense. 15 out of 10 at least

Outstanding player, head and shoulders above everyone else on the pitch today.

Can't do anything but echo the general sentiment. Looks like he's been anchoring our midfield for years.

Wish he had been.

Deceptively strong to go along with the technical ability. Nice bit of bite to him too. Let's hope he keeps developing as he looks a fine player already at this level

He spoke really well when I heard him interviewed before his debut.
Seems articulate and focussed. Good to hear he's doing well.

Season or two under the influence of Leon can you imagine.
Seems to revel in the physical side of the game and really good on the ball. Was it £1M we paid? absolute bargain on early showings.

What a player we have on our hands.

I’d like to see Downes and Walsh in the centre

His tackling ability is obvious but I like the way he thieves the ball off opponents when he doesn’t need to tackle them, it shows he has a brain.

I think that's because he reads things so well and always seems to be one move ahead and can see opportunities coming before they appear. He seems to spot there's going to be a chance to nick the ball off an opponent even before it's reached him.

MoM today by miles and if he keeps this up, will be player of the season by miles too.
