Brilliant video.

My working life was in the car industry where from the start a large majority of the time there was redundancies and some plant closures. The early days were like reported in the video where there were families and friends, but this got less as times went by.

An announcement on the news or in papers are quickly forgotten but the hidden knock on can be massive.
