With the comment of we are a young team etc. It did get me thinking when does young to experience cut in
Below is our team and subs against Stoke with first team career starts and subs. (Taken from Soccerbase)
Of course not all are championship games, but what are people’s thoughts about learning process, as looking at these figures and taking into account the years in training, then some of the basic errors such as reading the flight of a ball or letting it bounce shouldn’t still be happening

Fisher 104+1 = 105
Manning 175+35 = 210
Cabango 124+9 = 133
Darling 163+8 = 171
Allen 430+97 = 527
Grimes 333+40 = 373
Piroe 76+33 = 109
Whittaker 50+60 = 110
Wood 50+7 = 57
Sorinola 51+36 = 87
Cooper 54+20 = 74
Subs
Sondergaard 0
NtCham 164+96 = 260
Cullen 36+43 = 79
Latibeaudiere 59+15 = 74
Naughton 468+44 = 512
Walsh 67+22 = 89
Congreve 5+10 = 15

Arsenal are the youngest team in the Premier league.

It's Russy bollocks.

The squad is unbalanced and built to play a style which it cannot. Not a great deal to do with age.

Since he's been here we have removed anyone with any sort of pace from the squad. The rest are trying to play a game that is alien to them. You can see the awkwardness of the passing and movement is non existent.

That's poor management, not years on the clock.

This 100 %, he wants to play a patient build up game, so pace doesn't suit his thoughts, its extraordinary.

Its like trying to reinvent the wheel.

The guy will literally come up with and try anything to deflect from his deficiencies.

And that's my thoughts as well, all about balance and playing to players strengths

If fit Fulton may have played instead of Cundle

Fulton 248+24 = 272

Then there's currently in exile

Paterson 304+122 = 426

Whilst I don't always subscribe to the "lies, damn lies and statistics" school of thought, when it comes to Russ and his justification of how his "process" is working I feel that his comments are of little value whatsoever against a backdrop of poor results and poor performances. Get the results first Mr Martin, then blind me with stats and I might be more interested
