There’s a massive difference between hundreds of people cycling naked through a city to make an environmental point and this convicted sex offender being banned from Swansea parks “to prevent him from showing his penis.” There’s a lot more to it than that, this guy Harding is a serious danger to young girls as his offending background shows.

Harding, has 14 previous convictions for 31 offences including causing or inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity - approaching young girls with his penis out and asking for oral sex, indecent exposure – including in Cwmdonkin and Singleton parks and in 2017 he was caught pleasuring himself near Bishop Gore School in Sketty.
In 2018 he was sentenced to four years in prison for going to a lane he knew was used by pupils on their way to school and exposing himself to two young girls before making lewd suggestions and asking if they wanted to engage in sexual activity.

Not only is he banned from parks he’s also banned from going within 100m of any schools, that tells anyone with half a brain what’s he’s about.

I would quite genuinely have a zero tolerance approach to sex offenders. Including those who have been found with banned material on their phones or computers.

They are often given ridiculously lenient sentences.
