Interestingly (or not), I've already had mine today. Went out for breakfast at a local cafe and they were doing them all day, so I had poached eggs on toast with a couple of Lincs sausages and then the pancakes for afters with (as mentioned above) lemon and sugar - the only way . The lemon had been halved and heated flesh down in a pan with butter, until it had caramelised and served as an accompaniment to the crepes. It was mega delish.
