Less than 72 hours after the play off final defeat against Brentford and Steve Cooper’s post match comments that suggested he knew his time at Swansea was up there are reports today that he has held two rounds of talks already with Crystal Palace. Whilst a likely move from the Premier League club...

Wouldn't be surprised if the first was just before the Huddersfield game as we lost it thereafter.

Just piss off now. Waste of space

Being in London Saturday he probably had his first then.

Probably why his team were so disinterested and he thought it was OK to have Roberts floating around as a spare man

Wouldn’t even surprise me, how can you fully focus on a final if you’re more focused on getting another job elsewhere?

I remember we lost 4 nil to QPR and it was a very poor performance......rumour was the players found out Brendan was off.

I'm sure you've been for a job interview like me in the past whilst already in a position. Difference is when one job is offering you double your salary are you really going back to your current position motivated?

Of course you're not. What a fraud Cooper

We all knew there was something very amiss with the way the team went downhill. Perhaps now we have the answer

The sooner this is done the better, so hurry up Palace and pay the cash and let us move on..

The concern is if nobody comes in for him. Then we're stuck with him.

That would be a huge mistake by Palace considering how many players there are out of contract this Summer and its an ageing squad too.

They need a couple of seasons to complete a transition with making sure they stayed in the Prem. Zaha would be off too no doubt and i guess A Ayew would turn up there.

£75M as a transfer budget will not go far either !

That is a worry especially if these reports are true, seems no Palace fans want him either.

I really hope reports of his departure are true.
I would be upset if it did affect any decisions and performances on Saturday, but in truth we have been flattering to deceive all season.
Hopefully the next manager we have will be a more attack minded manager.
Cheerio Steve

Just get him out. And the Woodenman. I'm sick of hearing about him and his 'wishes'.

I would be incredibly disappointed if this is true, both in Cooper for actually partaking in the process and the board for allowing it.
If it is true then I can only hope that Palace take him sooner rather than later so we can crack on with our pre season.
