• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Fewer. Kind of proving Prosser’s point here but still. Standards are important.

You're having a laugh.

Hearing of a few covid cases about recently, must be doing the rounds again.
Get well soon mate 👍

I had it 5-6 weeks ago, probably picked up on a flight to Spain. After 3 years, thought I might escape without getting it at all. Took my eye of the ball I guess. :x

Any symptoms?

Yes. Persistent cough, loss of taste and smell, and zero energy. I was fine by Thursday lunch time but come evening I had hit a brick wall.

I had a lovely Beef dinner, curry for lunch on a Sunday! :?

Now that you’re chums again why don’t you go out together for Sunday lunch? If you don’t like curry you could always have chicken and chips.

That's a good idea, table for two tucked away in the corner, never too old for a good old bromance 👬

Well one step at a time. It’s nice that they now talk, we all know how upset Darran was when he temporarily lost his pal.

I don't mind a curry but not on a Sunday and he's ignoring me now anyway.

Well said but at least people can see how beastly he can be.
