Thanks for that. I have no idea if the guy is right but he communicates very well indeed

There are some issues that he raised that seem true it is accepted that there is a false positive test rate, I have seen figures quoted of one or two percent, we conduct about 400000 tests a day right now that's about 8000 false positives a day say we contract trace 2 contacts for each false positive that's a total of 24000 people a day isolated or 168,000 a week it starts to become an industry of its own. He makes a few interesting observations that seem worth wider debate rather than just following the established party line from SAGE who would probably feel that they could not easily row back on some issues having recommended such profound action.

Very interesting, what we need now is someone who can confirm if he's right or not.
Some of what he said I've heard before through other sources, but its been shouted down as conspiracy.
I for one would like to know what exactly is truth or fiction.

I tend to agree we need more reasonable and open debate rather than shouting people down, some of the arguments he makes seem worth examining. Shouting people down does not move things on, engaging with different perspectives allows a better chance of establishing what is actually happening and is in the best interests of everyone.

Some very interesting points made there, particularly relating to the shortcomings of SAGE imo.
It's fairly certain that they will not be turfed out as a group of advisers as he suggests at the end of his presentation but it makes you think that when all government policy has been based on the advice given by SAGE they really need to be right. Clearly if we believe what the presenter has said about the lack of specific expertise relating to immunology and viruses in general then that has to be a worry.

PS. Why is he doing the presentation in his garage? Is he hiding from someone or just self isolating?

How many here have had it or at least tested positive? Given my experiences with my own positive test, a lot here would have had it without even knowing.

One thing I picked up on was the whole testing procedure,at what point would anyone consider a car park a suitable place to carry out clinical mass testing. If you needed a blood test in ordinary circumstances you'd go to hospital etc.

It’s not a blood test though is it? I thought it was a swab test from up the nose and the back of the throat?

I know it's not a blood test, the point Im making is,that surely the chances of errors being made are highly likely ,as the Dr mentioned. Theres a lot riding on these so called results.

I've been following Mike Yeadons stuff for a little while now and I'm of the view that his argument has merit. I don't understand why he is denied mainstream media coverage. Talkradio interview him quite regularly but apart from that he can only get airplay via obscure YouTube channels. In my opinion he has no axe to grind so I think his views should be listened to and discussed even if they are subsequently dismissed.

He does not deny the virulence and severity of covid-19 but his view is that it has followed the same course as every other coronavirus and is now essentially spent.

I would recommend those who are interested take a look at some of the Mike Yeadon references on YouTube and also search for his podcast references on Spotify.

Posts by Dr Clare Craig and Ivor Cummins are also very interesting.

Some healthy debate is really important, the profound impacts of the restrictions to date are too onerous for there not to be an informed challenge, the MSM follow the government narrative too closely in my view.

Daily Fail now starting to wise up. Expect some serious change to the MSM agenda over coming weeks as people now seem to be waking up

There’s a very simple answer as to why he isn’t on mainstream media and that’s because the MSM don’t want people to know the truth as to what is going on.

I'll tell you why he is being silenced, because the powers that be, dont want folk to hear the other side of the argument, or to start up a conversation which doesn't fit the narrative.
