If its steak/beef you want Dijon Mustard or horseradish sauce, the latter is lovely with a steak sandwich accompanied with mushrooms and onions, I prefer that on half of a Ciabatta myself.

Weird thing is about Mustard, I didn't think I'd ever tried it, then one day I was having some dirty fries, and there was a yellow sauce, I was like wow, this is lovely, what is it, Mustard. Bonkers, I have gone through my entire life not even tasting it, prior to the the dirty fries.

Although I will say the mustard I had that day, was not the same consistency that you would get in a jar of mustard, it was like tomato ketchup, but a slight more liquefied.
