We love our Jersey spuds, been having them since they hit the shelves a couple of weeks ago,, and I have to say I agree with you, they just don't quite taste the same as they used to, not the same earthy flavour. Strange.

Just had some this evening from Sainsbury's, no quality issues here.
Maybe yours aren't the real ones, believe it or not there's fakes to be had
