• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Real Valladolid goalkeeper Jordi Masip has been the subject of several rumors throughout the summer, but finally nothing has materialized (neither Barça, Celtic nor Granada). But as we have learned from Pucela Fichajes, in recent hours a team of the English Second has been interested in getting the goalkeeper, Swansea City values reinforcing the goal with the Catalan goalkeeper of Real Valladolid.

The soccer player intended to continue in Spain, but does not rule out landing in a British team. The next few days could be key to knowing the future of Masip, today he has not trained with his teammates.

File under unlikely

He appears to have lost his place in the side this season for whatever reason

Would be a strange move, he would definitely be a first choice here so unless he’s more able with his feet and then Benda can learn off him.

Benda is terrible, any replacement would be an upgrade...Benda literally makes me fill my pants everytime he is near the ball 🙈

He looks a good keeper but if he can't do what Martin wants him to do then he needs shipping out

I think thatd be incredibly harsh on Benda, hes been our best player in 3/4 games so far
Its not an easy job to do what Martin requires but hes done it well with some great saves and claims also

Any truth in this then I’d assume Martin doesn’t have trust at all in Benda with the ball at feet.

We’re abit of a random club to start a rumour of him coming in, we probably have made an enquiry to see if he’d be interested.
