Yeah, that's exactly it. Just a notional value in TM. I can't see us letting him go for south of £10m, although his time off with injury and the hit on the game with Covid may come into it.

Hope we can keep him - he's got the potential to be the best CB I've seen here.

That always counts a lot, it also drives up interest and price, he does need a 30 game season and no major setbacks or injuries, with a following wind he will be with us next season and take the next step up in his progression.
