Thing is now that every dabbler in the defensive dark arts will be thinking that if they nibble at him enough that they can get a reaction from him. It was the same with Mitrovic when he first joined Newcastle, I am sure he got sent off three times in his first six appearances?

Will be up to him to learn to rein that side of his character in and channel it in the right way. Honestly I think he could do far worse than look at Diego Costa and how he channelled his aggression and managed to (mostly) stay on the right side of the law as far as referees were concerned.

Not so just before that the two tangled and Diaz in that encounter made a head movement toward the palace player. That is why I assume he pushed.

I didn't see the whole game just the clip but what I saw was the push then the head. It was a blatant push in the back and he got the desired result.

Yeh thats what happened, i imagine the CH was pinching pulling from the get go. Did his job CF lost his rag, for 85 million i would have thought he could handle the nonsense. On a different note i think Palaces Eze looks a very good player.
