Hello "WALT", spoke to that acquaintance of yours recently? You know that ex-flying squad officer of FORTY YEARS service?

This particular case will be scrutinised beyond the world of make-believe, urban myths, rumours, gossip, inaccurate reporting and anti-justice/police agenda’s.
Information NOT in the public domain will form a significant part of CCRC judgment.

Take for example (NOT on Google) a different (this one failed!) CCRC appeal concerning a mass-murderer.

The CCRC judgment process and findings (not released to general public or reported) was based upon previous police interview(s), evidence and crown court transcripts that completely contradicted 100% (not released to general public) what a witness was now stating many years after murders.

Behavioral traits were also judged maybe? I guess (not known to general public) storming out of a police interview room when questioned about obvious lies formed CCRC opinion also?

That appalling false-witness (described to this very day as a “pathological liar"/“fantasist” and proven thus) was yet again appraised correctly.

And this is what will happen with the Lucy Letby case, she will be appraised correctly, and she will be judged by people privy to police interviews, crown court transcripts and scientific information. The CCRC will come to the correct decision imo. To early to say what that will be.

Word of caution, murderer Simon Hall was also subject to scientific-doubt, only to then admit to being the murderer all along after ten years of denial. Did Lucy Letby confess to anything? Mmmmmmmm????

Aye that's it THICKO, an aforementioned (not Lucy Letby) individual in question is now claiming that (of all places) Neath Police Station was running an IRA informant programme complete with its very own police 'handler' arrangement.

And then there was everybody out there thinking it was Castlereagh and Paddington Green! LOL!!!!!

Well it does rather appear that you showed more belief in an aforementioned CCRC witness of type, who went on years after a failed appeal to next claim that Neath Police station had turned itself into an 'outsourced' facility of NI Special Branch.

The trouble with this new evidence? Is Dr Shoo Lee was across the ocean away in Canada, when these murders happened, whilst others who gave evidence? Well some of them were actually in the very hospital where the murders happened.

Letby’s campaigners often like to falsely portray the prosecution case as being based upon flawed analysis/findings/judgment coming from just one witness i.e. the retired paediatrician Dr Dewi Evans.

HOWEVER his analysis/opinion/evidence was peer-reviewed and signed off by the late Dr Martin Ward Platt, whom is justifiably described as an “eminent neonatologist”.

The case was examined in court using such notable/expert witnesses as neonatologist Dr Sandie Bohin...forensic pathologist Dr Andreas Marnerides...paediatric radiologist Professor Owen Arthurs...paediatric haematologist Professor Sally Kinsey...paediatric endocrinologist Professor Peter Hindmarsh...paediatric surgeon Dr Simon Kenney...and paediatric neuroradiologist Professor Stavros Stivaros, as well as other medical experts and numerous doctors at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

The CCRC will have full access and be privy to Crown Court trial transcripts, that cannot be tainted, cannot be rewritten to become 'make believe' whilst someone is looking the other way.
