Luke Williams on Cardiff City | Reaction

If he can see all this unfolding in front of him on the pitch what does he actually do to change things during the game?

He's the manager/coach it is his responsibility to change things in the moment.

First 30 minutes no problem apparently?

Is he well
I mean it wasn't really. We didn't do anything but weren't in any trouble. We then let them in the game allowing them fouls and free kciks

We then gift them two goals in 10 minutes and it's game over

It's more that this is his standard. He's happy with that.

anyone see what happens after the game? Saw a pic with meite with his head in MPH face

Horrible cunt epitomises that lot mind

Weird that he calls out "certain players" for not being able to play today and struggling with the atmosphere but he didn't do anything to remedy that.

The first two players to be subbed off were Allen and Eom, he can't have been speaking about Allen so was Eom one of the players he was talking about?

Yet again, he's said something to the press and given half a story, which means it's left open to speculation. If you're going to call out "certain players" then name them, otherwise just say the team as a collective were poor (which they were).

It doesn't seem like he's in the trenches with the players at all, he's happy to blame them (some of them in particular) for today. He's done it a few times after poor performances as well, I wonder what the players make of him shifting the responsibility onto their shoulders.

The tactics are dreadful and don't give us the best chance of winning games, that's on the manager. If the players aren't doing what the manager wants them to do, that's also on the manager for not changing things.

He's a very bland and uninspiring character, I can't imagine many players would want to run through brick walls for him

If the occasion got to the players, they’re a load of bottle jobs. Payed thousands a week to put a shower of a performance in like that.
At least Russ got the Derby and what it meant to us fans

A player that can't handle playing in that type of atmosphere doesn't deserve to be playing at this level.

I'd love to know what the his rationale is for the performance against Portsmouth and Hull. I couldn't list a lot more.

What atmosphere? About 5k of them coming for the first time this season, singing about being touched by our dads (weird lot)
