I'm not quite ready to hail him as the new messiah, however credit has to be given where it is due we have seen steady improvements in performances even when we have had the toughest run of fixtures for him to start with.

And the feel good factor has returned after 2 years of drabness, lies and spin which spilt our fanbase like no other.

We now have proper fans looking forward to the next game, excited at the prospect of how can build and grow.

And most importantly - our players are ALL aboard and as excited as some of us proper fans.

Such the breath of fresh air. In so many ways to so many people.

It's a bad look going on about Martin, it's your mind that needs adjusting and no one else's at this stage.

If he was such a fraud then he wouldn't be doing such good things at Soton.......excuses are just that.
He has gone and the reality is, he didn't do anything great but he wasn't anywhere near as bad as some have/still make out.

Many forget that his form for the final 2-3 months he was here was playoff form knocking on auto promotion. Of course the half a season with 3 wins should also not be forgotten but things did look like they were starting to click at the end of the season.

Agreed, especially on the last point.

Obviously early days yet but I am looking forward to games for the first time in quite a while.
