Shame Celtic were the only ones who were willing to activate the sell on clause, I think he fancied playing under Russ again personally, but we couldn't get the players out of the door to fund it.

January is hard work and the likes of Yan and Fulton will end up going close to deadline day imo.

It's like a game of Poker in January, everyone hopes the other club will blink first.

The problem with late moves is that you sometimes end up outside of your first target as the selling club that end wont have time to replace etc.

So eventually you sign Marvin Emnes
