I don’t know if anyone is interested but a big Swans fan has just got the job of tour manager with Megadeth and they’re playing the Budokan that Cheap Trick made famous tonight (they’re ahead of us) and he sent me these photos.

Cheap Trick played Budokan not ‘the’ Budokan.

American equivalent of The Gower?

OK my two pence worth on this issue....

When I use the expression "The Gower" it is short form for "The Gower Peninsula" and is descriptive of the entire area.

When describing a place, I would say for example Southgate is in Gower.

Very cool and well done to the Jack involved. He needs to get them at the Swansea Arena and I'm not joking

Absolutely love Megadeth, havent had a great weekend so stuck them on yesterday as I unwound

Get a decent bill with them on it and there’s a Liberty show right there.

If that's your preference then yes. A bit like how some people say "on times" as opposed to "at times" I guess
