If you haven't got a Smart Meter, they'll be there tomorrow to install a SMET 2.
There was supposed to have been a massive software upgrade to the SMET 1 ending on the 31/12/2022.
That looks like its gone tits up.
I've been fighting SO Energy since mine stopped working 03/2022.
