Michael Duff

I guess we have to ask ourselves.. is RM leaving a loss or a chance to improve on last season with Duff

From what I have seen Duff is a very different style of manager, while he also plays 3-5-2 its more with a high press and a focus on transitioning quickly through the lines after winning the ball back in dangerous areas.

I never warmed to Martin who always seemed full of himself. I find Michael Duff a very impressive character with a fine track record in management.
