It's surprising how many people aren't aware of this and its impact over football.

That’s why I have stopped watching any other football games other than Swansea. On the other hand, it may be the start of a global money inflation in football but it is too early to tell, but meanwhile, the situation is bad, really bad.

Football is unlike any other business in the land.
The money involved has become scarily unreal and surely unsustainable.

I was watching the Damned United the other day. Clough, Taylor and a couple of others who took training(well Taylor did ), signing, scouting and selling players, nutritionists, 1 kit man and so on..today there are well into double figures with people working underneath people and so on.

If you actually sit down and think about what the players get paid and the amount of people and their roles in the club then you just think WTF!

Excellent film. I wonder what Cloughie would think of it all now given the Trevor Francis 1M story.
