Looks like he has a good eye for goal and can play left, right or through the middle. Won't be a free transfer though as Morecambe have triggered a 1 year contract extension for him. Still up to £1.5m as a top price I think would be a bargain for that kind of player, only 22 and if he does well he would have significant resale value which also always has to be a consideration.
