Some of you may remember me asking for your help in spreading the word to try and locate the son of a friend of mine who had gone missing in London. Sadly, Harry McAleer took his own life at the age of 30. Ironically, he had been very active in his workplace in helping colleagues with their own mental health issues, yet it seems he neglected to devote sufficient attention to his own troubles.

Mrs L and I attended his funeral service recently and it was a packed church, touchingly populated with a huge number of young people; Harry's friends and work colleagues.

The family has invited folks to donate to a "Movember for Macca" appeal, link here

If you were thinking of making a donation for any Movember events, maybe you would be good enough to do it via Harry's page.

Thanks all.
