They need to think of a different term to “local lockdown” because it’s leading idiots to think everything is shutting down like it did in March.

"localised measures" perhaps? It's been an eye opener in work, people from Thursday adding bog roll and pasta. ....but then realising supermarkets are holding up well for stock.
Don't get me wrong it's worrying and unsettling and many are easily stressed but you'd hope the WAG and Tories would speak in better tones and tell people to chill a bit.
