    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

Luckiest second guess ever!
 
Love this game, I’m far more successful with this than I am wordle. Got a morning routine now, wordle, nerdle, worldle (the map one) then on to quordle.

Not heard of Octordle! Just had a go at half time, what a belter of a game. Got 6 out of 8. Will add that to my list….will need to get up even earlier again to get them done before work! 👍

I find Octordle the easiest - I start with the same three words each time - each containing 5different letters to the others - 15/26 have gone then and you have enough guesses left to pretty much get a word on each guess afterwards

Good logic….I’ve got the same opening Calc on nerdle each day, on the whole it doesn’t let me down!

See, I like to choose different random start words in each of Octordle, quordle, wordle every day and I don’t care how many goes it takes me to do it within the limit. Started wordle with “sheep” today, cos one wandered past as I was starting it, knowing it would likely knacker me 🤣. For Octordle I just try and use as many letters as possible in the first 5 guesses without looking at any of the words and then do the anagrams with the 8 remaining guesses. Today I only had 4 letters unused at the end. I was ridiculously pleased.
 
I have gone off quordle lately. Worldle is too difficult as a rule. My order is:
Nerdle (always the same opening guess)
Wordle (random 2 or 3 syllable opening guess)
Octordle.
