• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I'm not saying we are a poor team. I really like Matos, and enjoy our football under him, but our results away from home are shocking. 5 points out of the last 30 away from home. We seem to be as good ,performance wise, as some of the top teams, but we are consistently on the wrong end of the scoreline.
I totally understand where your coming from and we need a win away, but as many have pointed out, the performance is there to validate at some point it's gonna click and we start getting wins. Yesterday if it wasn't for the silly hand ball. We could of easily won that match. It will come. If we was being roasted on the road then I would be worried.

3 clean sheets away from home is our problem , we don't have a resilience to defend well throughout the 90+ mins .
We give too many chances to the opposition.
Despite having a very good keeper we look vulnerable .
Matos is a good coach i expect an improvement.

Interesting you didn't start a thread entitled 'our home form' 🤔
Not concerned about that, our home form is excellent. Puts added pressure to get wins at home when you are picking up diddly squat away.

The Home form under Matos is very good
Under Sheehan not so good .

The way we play away, I'm sure we'll get the luck in front of goal sooner or later and thump someone.
