Absolutely crucial, drag the midfield and weak left across the pitch then put the boot straight in to them. We need at least 4 goals IMO. If we didn't have to combat the 18 dropped points this season none of this would have been necessary.

Goal difference won't affect anything with regards to catching Cardiff. If they lose and we win we get the last play off spot. It would only affect us catching Forest . If they lose at home to Stoke and we win then we need a few goals into the bargain.

Since lockdown? We've done that since the late 00s, except for when Laudrup was here. But agreed that Cooper is particularly conservative.
