Being an old tw*t who retired in the 90s and doesn't see the obvious changes in society.. he's still living in the 70s and 80s where they prosecuted you on some dodgy witnesses account of proceedings.. my grandfathers brother got killed by a drunk driver, he got fined and was banned for a week or something stupid
