Everyone knows that petrol stations buy their petrol every morning at the spot price.

Idiots queuing outside Tesco Aberdare right now. I filled up in Cwmbach. No queue and it's a penny cheaper too. I was running on fumes as petrol light was on so needed to fill up, otherwise I would not have bothered.

It always amazes me the speed to increasing the cost at the pumps.

Oil prices jump up, the pump price goes up immediately, the oil price drops, the pump price holds for weeks.
