Released today in 1979

Not a patch on the previous 3 for my money, especially crime of the century.

I have the Very Best Of Supertramp album which, as you’d expect, is a collection of the best songs all together.

Bought Crime of the century the morning after seeing them at Swansea University in 1974. Incredibly, they played the coffee bar because they weren't big enough for a larger room.
I have a soft spot for crisis, what crisis even though many don't rate it much.

Top 10, 16th March 1979 .

Top 10:
1. Bright Eyes - Art Garfunkel
2. Sunday Girl - Blondie
3. We Don't Talk Anymore - Cliff Richard
4. Heart of Glass - Blondie
5. Another Brick in the Wall (Part 2) - Pink Floyd
6. There's No One Quite Like Grandma - St Winifred's School Choir
7. Don't You Want Me - The Human League
8. Save Your Love - Renée and Renato
9. Two Tribes - Frankie Goes to Hollywood
10. Careless Whisper - George Michael

I thought ‘Two Tribes’ was released in about 1984.

Another Brick in the wall was the Christmas number 1 in 1979. The wall (album) was released in November 1979.
No way was it in the charts in March.

Not sure that list is 100% accurate, some of those songs are 80’s hits.

I was about to jump on saying that two tribes was 84, remember trying to pull a girl in Plymouth when this was playing in the pub
