There's so many of them out there who just use the word with no understanding of it's meaning.

The dictionary definition is 'aware of and actively attentive to important facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice)'.

This has nothing to do with the war in Ukraine, but there are loads of Star Trek fans online who criticise the current TV shows as being 'too woke'. This coming from fans of a franchise that started in the 1960's, depicting 'a utopian future in which divides based on race, gender and nationality are a thing of the past'. It seems they've maybe missed the point of their beloved franchise.

Deluded/brainwashed. I've never considered Ukraine any threat whatsoever.

I just read that Israel are welcoming oligarchs with open arms. One of them (Abramovich) has a Russian passport. Always wondered what Putin and Bennet were talking about the other week.
