Early kick off to watch

Dog walk down Oxwich

Back in time for the Scottish League Cup Semi final @17.30.

3pts, Cup final spot and a knackered dog.

If Carlsberg did Saturdays 🙏

Cooked breakfast - bacon, sausages, egg (cooked TBD), black pudding, beans, toast. Wave wifey off to get her nails done, mow the lawn, shower, shave, watch the Swans then the majority of a 3pm game (TBD) before a walk to the Eagle for food with 20 of the family (birthday celebration), walk to sis & bro in law's for more drinkies.

That's my perfect Saturday.

Might squeeze another lawn cut in on Sunday, pal of mine went to the Eagle for Sunday dinner last weekend, it was his first visit, absolutely amazing was his verdict, his only small gripe was he had to park down the road because the car park was rammed.

Enjoy mush.

The Eagle is on another level for food around here, they do a lovely Indian burger - 2 lamb patties between two naan breads with bhajis and mint dip. The menu is a bit limited, pub grub but done very well. Their Sunday lunch is excellent. Parking issues shows how good it is. It's a small car park, and always full, testament to the quality.

A tip for your pal is grab a couple of drinks beforehand in the Fords Club, leaving the car in their huge car park, and do the small walk up to the Eagle.

Well whatever plans I had are going to change because I didn’t know it was a 12:30pm kick off. 😂
You actually watch us? Max, ECB and Phil don't watch us anymore.. I watch for comedic value.. what's your verdict Dar? Lose and he's got to go? Or are you in the American lot don't have ambition despite spending millions in the last two windows

Up my lads to watch us get nil.
Then take my grandson to a kids party and find someone to whinge to that we didn't score again.
Several glasses of Prosecco post 7pm.
Enjoy all.

Scottish brekky somewhere in Edinburgh, walk it off by climbing Arthur’s Seat, then head over Rose Street for a few afternoon drinks and whatever live sport is on the box. Nothing too heavy, early start on Sunday.

My expectations aren’t as high as some and we’re a mid table team more or less in mid table.

My son manages a pub in the Mumbles and was saying most establishments have reduced thier menu's to reduce food wastage that affects thier profit margins, basically the more popular dishes stay and the rest get taken off.
Was a member in the Fords for many years, never had a bad pint in there...

Stayed in the Penny Black at the bottom of Rose Street many years ago for the Scottish rugby trip, bit of a dive it was, just around the corner from the Guildford Arms.
Have a great time bud...

I’d consider going there on the grounds of that burger alone!

You see what watching us has done, it's dampened our expectations, it's a poison that's been running through this club.. only the Americans could give a striker a new bumper pay rise through 8 hours of football without a goal, If we don't score tomorrow, it's a club record where we've failed to net.. Williams will be responsible for the worst run in history, yet he's lauded as some deity.. are you in the out camp yet.. questions must be asked

Had an awesome week. Absolutely blown away by a tour around Glen Moray distillery. I didn’t realise the ‘art’ of whisky making and the influence of the cask on the end product. Weather been superb, same for the food and drink.
