I'm not sure if Barton truly is an emasculated whiner or if he's just pretending to be because he knows there's plenty out there who will lap it up. If it's not an act, that kind of post will wind him up because he knows that he was an average footballer with anger problems and Earps is far more successful in her career than he was.

Truth about Barton, he's a failed manager/has been average player, who's resorted to bullying all his life, and all this is just an attempt to stay in the public eye.
Basically tho, a fckn good shoeing wouldn't go amiss.

Absolutely agree about trying to stay in the public eye. A few years back he presented himself as a bit of an intellectual (by footballer standards at least) by quoting the likes of Nietzsche in interviews. That didn't work, so he's following the Russell Brand route in an attempt to stay relevant now he's worn out his welcome in professional football.

It's for his podcast, which he's now started advertising on his Twitter.

It was always about that.
