"Assistant head coach Matt Gill, goalkeeping coach Dean Thornton, first-team performance analyst Ben Parker and head of rehabilitation Rhys Owen have all left the club to join Southampton."

I wonder why Matt Wilmott (head of physical performance) hasn’t gone with them.

He’s the only one Martin brought with him from MK Dons that hasn’t left. Still showing on official site as a member of staff and looks to be with the squad in Spain.

Martin should look for other work, a hostage negotiater maybe.

Stockholm syndrome never looked so appealing.

Martin brought in Rhys Owen for his second season with us, as 'rehabilitation coach', by all accounts he was actually brought in as Martin knew him from his playing days, and wanted to enhance the teams physical preparation with Owen playing a big part in training sessions.

Looks like Owen has replaced Wilmott as the chosen one when it comes to his fitness coach, however wouldn't be surprised to see Wilmot leave in the near future, as he is from closer to the MK area and won't now have the favour of the manager on his side, maybe even will join up with Southampton at a later date.
