I dont know what happened to me with regard to cricket. The 1985 Ashes had me transfixed. Edmonds and Embury etc. 86 in Aus the same. In fact maybe I do know. Shane Warne. I got so traumatised by the constant shellackings that I lost interest. 2005 was an exception. I have zero interest these days, and I feel its a shame because it used to enthrall me. I think its all the limited over cricket as well. I just dont get it.

Stokes and Archer bat for two sessions tomorrow - England go into the second innings just 31 behind before skittling the Aussies for 93 in their second innings.

And then get bowled out for 68 having been 53/0

Get your money on it

It's rather early to be indulging in Christmas tipple Phil.

I read a stat today re Zak Crawley. He is the first opener in the history of Test cricket to score less than 3,000 runs in his first 100 innings. He’s superb on his day, but those days are not often enough.

Im guessing that because most people who average less 30 per inning dont get to play 50 tests.
