This is the Worlds Carbon emissions circle, look who produces the least and who is doing the most to help combat it, its fucking pathetic, why has this country got to try and lead the world in everything, they are costing the British taxpayers billions and for what, so they can pop along to Brussels etc and smugly claim that they are leading the world, rest of the World must be laughing their tits off.
