Ticket office

Anyone else had problems trying to get through to the ticket office?
They’re an absolute nightmare, been first in line for half an hour at least on some days.
Really poor level of service.

Usually do everything online with tickets however last year i emailed them about moving my sons ST seat closer to mine and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I think the lady was called Deb and was a credit to the club.

Usually very helpful and accommodating.
I think they have had a problem with their phone lines this week though.
I had same issue, where as normally get through fairly quickly
