• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Do you think a man that becomes a woman should be allowed to compete in women’s sport?

Just for the record I don’t.

Have you got controversial topic of the day bog paper or what?

Take a look at Ricky Gervais/Humanity on Netflix, and his take on Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner....fckn hilarious. Some up my thoughts on it.

No I have not there was a young lady on the Welsh news last night and I wondered what people’s thoughts were on it in general.

I don’t know, maybe there should be mixed sex competition and you could have categories - fastest man, fastest woman, fastest trans man, fastest trans woman?

More work for me.

Men are more muscular than women, hence the men's records are always better than the women's records.

I don't think transgenders should be allowed simply as they have an advantage based on their sex at birth.

Was there a debate about testosterone levels?
If you are prone to producing more you hold an advantage as it obviously helps in increased muscle mass and aggression.

Of course they should. Especially synchronized swimming, an event that men have been historically under- represented in through no fault of their own.

No. There is no proper physiological argument to say that trans women won't have an advantage.

This lady 'folded an opposition player like a deckchair'.

As a man she left the sport as she couldn't handle the physicality.

The most important, intelligent and strong (mentally and emotionally) people in my life are women. Give me a few years of oestrogen and I'd still 'fold them like a deckchair' physically.

As I would this 'woman'.

Seems like a nice person.
