Been one of a few who's defended him recently but that was inexcusable today

I don't care what your manager tells you to do, you're paid thousands of pounds a week to make professional fucking choices and pelting a pass square to a centre back without any pressure on you when you are chasing a derby is cowardly pathetic bull shit

I fear every time a ball goes down the opposite end and he has to defend. Problem is all teams are exploiting it now. His weakness. I do like his attacking ways, when he is on it. But he really needs to do both sides of the game.

Must have some assists and goals, mostly for the opposition. First thing most of our players think of when receiving the ball, pass backwards or sideways, it must be ingrained in them.

Training must be a barrel of laughs.

He was bought in as a wing back, this was part of the new duff system. Stoke fans said themselves that as a wing back he was quality but as a left back useless. It doesn't help matters that Williams wants key and tymon to get up the flanks which is ultimately making poor defenders look even worse.

He makes great runs. But can't seem to kick a ball, I can't recall the last time I seen him kick it with any vigour
Classic example today, someone chipped the ball over the defenders to him in the inside right position, he uses his pace to burst into the area clear of the Scum players, the ball is at his feet on the corner of the six yard box, all he has to do is square it to a Swansea forward with a bit of force. What does he do? Taps it tamely into the arms of their grateful goalkeeper, who can't believe his luck. Neither pass nor shot, just a fluff. Absolutely feckin pathetic.
Is this something Williams practices in training? I've seen Peart Harris do it three times in games.
