This is THE thing. The most salient point in all of the Swans fans discussions right now.
Our players, our young gems with buckets of latent talent, our richly assembled squad has been hamstrung by the worst possible Willy managers for so long.
We have the talent, and we now have the Leadership Team to kick us on and build yet more layers of talent
We now need a manager worthy of that challenge.........and in our new Leadership Team we should trust to deliver, just like they have to-date with LOB, HD, MW, et al........
