Cheers Bryn. I had a cracking carvery up The Bird which has got me back on my feet.

I'm in the Bird in Hand once a month normally. My cousin lives in the Fforest, and Hendy chums tend to meet up there. It's not cheap, but the food and beer is great, and I particularly like the system where you buy your drinks at the till, and then they bring them to your table number. It's just so civilised.

It’s very nice, Bryn. Sunday carvery for three, a bottle of plonk and soft drinks for the driver and it was less than £70.
