I just dont get it either, I know it's up to the individual, however, if as in this case the individual cant make the choice then surely as a matter of respect for that person, its keep private, and within their own four walls. It's a poor choice, and I dont agree with the argument that it's in the public's interest, it's got fvck all to do with anyone else. Just my opinion obviously.

I have seen the photos, it doesn’t look good. But I think it may have something to do with I don’t think I’ve seen a picture of Julie Goodyear for a long time, and I think the same applies to anyone who if you see them in their late 50s to suddenly early 80s it’s a bit of a shock.

I’ve taken a brief look at the newspaper articles surrounding her husband posting that picture, and I guess it’s his decision, personally I would not do it, but it’s his decision I suppose.

Just a thought maybe he’s not coping very well, with his wife’s decline in health very well.?

Quite shocked there’s a 28 year age gap between the pair. Which certainly hits home as you reach the later years in life.

She used to go to the same pub as me in the 90s. She'd usually be accompanied by extraordinarily young men. She wasn't a slim lady but would wear skintight stuff that looked, sadly, horrendous. Therefore I don't think she'd be bothered about the public seeing her looking a mess. After all, she didn't seem that bothered 35 years ago.
