• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

It had everything to do with the goal being scored. The offside player was right in front of the keeper, preventing him from getting a forceful punch on the ball. His weak effort fell perfectly for Broadhead instead of flying out of the penalty area.

Sorry, ex ref!

Yeah, my mistake. I initially thought the offside was on the initial cross, not when James headed it back across.

To be fair, it's still stretching things to call that a 'clear and obvious error', but it is what it is.

Really hard watch this (not unlike most Saturday’s this season). Only positive so far is that 0-0 or 5-0 makes no difference to what’s needed on Tuesday night.

Can’t be good for confidence being unable to break down this side though.

I think I'd get Rubin Colwill on soon, this game would suit him.
Wales have to concentrate on keeping the tempo high, if they can the opposition are going to tire in the second half, and chances will come.

About his level to be fair. Watch him score now and we'll see an article in WOL tomorrow saying how it's his season again for Gazza (snigger)

If you pick Harris, you ain’t going to get many goals. This is Scum level opposition, so yeah Colwills and Krapako will feel at home. Ditto Liam.

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but if we're having this much difficulty breaking down a Liechtenstein defence which has conceded 23 goals in 6 games, how likely are we to score against a North Macedonia team which has conceded 3 goals in 7 games?

That’s definitely my worry and ditto for the playoffs.

Wilson will obviously help on Tuesday night

Cardiff centric pundits raving about Colwill to come on and be a hero, but we've got David Brooks who is playing week in week out for Bournemouth who topped the Premier league table ffs..
